The owner, manager, and one of the driving forces of the agency is Galina Kostova, a licensed FIFA players’ agent, holding a license issued by the Bulgarian Football Union. University education in philology at the Classical and New Philologies faculty of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and graduate study in International Law and Diplomacy at the University’s Free Faculty. Fluent in five languages.
In fall 1995 became manager in one of the business companies of Tomas Lafchis, FC Levski’s former president, as on 01.08.1998 – administrative director of PFC Levski AD. After more than 15 years of administrative experience in the football environment, involving numerous participations in international congresses, seminar, and hands-on work in the area of sports law and arrangement of football matches on various FIFA, UEFA, and BFU levels, she set up her own company – Football Development Services Ltd. - in early 2012.
On 29.03.2012 she passed an exam to become a licensed players’ agent at the BFU, entitled to operate worldwide. Member of Rotary International since 2005. Vice-president of Rotary Club Sofia for the year 2012-13.
